Job summary

Thales UK in Glasgow is inviting applications for an End User Support Apprentice on a Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship. You will join our EUS squad to provide IT assistance to UK business users on site, with a 37-hour week and flexible start times.

The programme combines hands-on service delivery with training; you will learn ServiceNow, incident handling, and IT security fundamentals, with one day per week for academic study and the possibility of a permanent role upon completion.

Qualifications

• 5 Standards or National 5s grade C or above including English and Maths.
• Resident in Scotland on or before 1 August 2027 and for the duration of the programme.
