Job summary

The Access Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team on client sites in Southampton and surrounding areas. You will provide on-site technical assistance for a range of applications, operating systems, and hardware, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolutions.

You will work with a dedicated IT team, support staff and field-based consultants, manage assets and licenses, and help maintain our IT infrastructure while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support to staff.
• Experience with Windows OS and AD management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for applications, OS, and hardware and meet SLAs.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, devices, networks, printers.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and training equipment.
• Communicate service updates and provide user guidance.
