You will help onboard new employees and maintain asset inventory, while coordinating with vendors for hardware and software needs. The team emphasizes proactive automation, efficient ticket handling, and a strong service mindset to improve employee productivity and security.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands‑on IT support experience.
• Experience with Okta Workflows, SCIM provisioning and group/rule management.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class IT support to Clio employees globally, handling tickets from submission to resolution.
• Document troubleshooting steps and clearly communicate solutions to end users.
