Job summary

Trainline is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the Workplace Technology team in London. You will deliver end-user support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and collaboration tools, ensuring high availability for internal users and executives.

Responsibilities include ticket lifecycle management, incident resolution, diagnostics, asset/inventory control, onboarding/offboarding, and support for meeting rooms and AV/VC systems. Familiarity with JAMF Pro, Intune, M365 and AD is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 and Apple/macOS in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with MDM systems (JAMF Pro, Intune) and SaaS apps (M365, Slack, Atlassian).
• Knowledge of AD/Azure AD, security best practices and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT ticket lifecycle and provide Tier 2 incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and perform root cause analysis to prevent repeats.
• Support end-users via ITSM platform, collaboration tools, and onsite Tech Bar.
• Oversee asset management, onboarding/offboarding, and IAM compliance.
