Job summary

DICE is seeking a curious IT Support Specialist to join our lean London IT team. You will handle on-site and remote end-user support, administer core IT systems, and work across macOS and Windows devices in a hybrid work environment.

You will deploy and manage devices via Kandji and Intune, handle access management, and contribute to internal tooling and runbooks. A passion for live music and events helps you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Solid macOS software/hardware support.
• Experience with MDM tools (Kandji/Jamf/Intune) and device management.
• Identity and access management – Google Workspace, SSO and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage macOS devices via Kandji MDM — deployments, policies and OpenVPN setup.
• Gatekeeper for onboarding, offboarding, SSO and permissions.
• Provide AV support for meeting rooms and office events.
• Support Slack/Jira IT requests, triage issues and resolve them.
• Document runbooks, processes and internal guides clearly.
• Support Windows devices via Intune alongside macOS environment.
• Use platforms to automate common requests and reduce toil.
