Clio is hiring an IT Specialist to join the IT Squad in a hybrid Manchester role (2 days in the office). You will support Clio employees globally, manage devices, and optimize access and security with Okta.

The role emphasizes proactive automation, strong ticket handling, and cross-functional collaboration to keep teams productive. Strong communication is essential as you explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IT support experience.
• Okta Workflows, SCIM provisioning, groups/rules in Okta.
• Experience handling inbound tickets from submission to resolution.
• Comfort supporting macOS, iOS, and Windows across 2500+ endpoints.
• Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, Salesforce, GSuite, and GitHub for end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class IT support to employees globally, handling tickets end-to-end.
• Document troubleshooting steps clearly and communicate solutions to end users.
• Assist onboarding of new employees, manage system access and various technologies.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset lifecycle; coordinate procurement with vendors.

We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT team. This role is available to candidates across Manchester (2 days in the Office).

The IT Specialist for the IT Squad will play a critical role in Clio. The IT team's mission is foundational to how we get work done at Clio, our team has a meaningful and lasting impact. We're focused on facilitating the best possible experience for our Clio talent, providing the right tools at the right time to further Clio's mission of transforming the legal experience for all. We are moving past the traditional IT Services group of "fighting fires" and are always looking for ways to proactively automate and save our employees' precious time. By supporting Clions, we help them spend more time helping our customers.

A day in the life might look like:

• Providing world-class IT support to Clio employees globally, managing inbound tickets from submission to resolution.
• Documenting troubleshooting steps in detail and communicating solutions clearly to end users.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, managing access to systems, applications, and various technologies.
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date hardware inventory using asset management tools, ensuring smooth asset lifecycle management. Procurement and logistics for hardware and software, coordinating orders, deliveries, and repairs with vendors.
• Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and MAC. Extensive hands-on experience with Okta beyond basic user management.
  Specifically, we're looking for expertise in Okta Workflows, SCIM-based application provisioning, and the creation and management of groups and rules within Okta.
• Supporting and configuring macOS, iOS, and Windows systems in an environment with 2500+ endpoints.

What you may have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or related roles.
• Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and MAC. Extensive hands-on experience with Okta beyond basic user management. Specifically, we're looking for expertise in Okta Workflows, SCIM-based application provisioning, and the creation and management of groups and rules within Okta.
• Have experience managing inbound tickets from submission to resolution, ensuring timely responses and thorough follow-up.
• Have a working knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows systems, with the ability to support a diverse range of user needs.
• Have experience with core SaaS tools like Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, Salesforce, GSuite, and GitHub, and can provide basic user support and troubleshooting.
• Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

The expected salary range for this role is £53.700 to £72.700 GBP. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow. Final offer amounts will vary based on candidate profile.
