Job summary

DICE in London is hiring a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join a lean IT team. You’ll handle on-site and remote end-user support, manage core systems and security, and help scale our macOS environment.

You’ll deploy Kandji and other MDMs, oversee access management with SSO and Google Workspace, assist with AV, and contribute to internal tooling. A passion for live music and events helps you thrive in our hybrid UK setup.

Qualifications

• Strong macOS software and hardware support.
• Experience with MDM tools Kandji, Jamf or Intune.
• Identity and access management using Google Workspace and SSO.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support.
• Administer core IT systems (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Jira).
• Manage access and devices across macOS and Windows using MDM/MDM-like tools.
• Contribute to internal tooling projects and runbooks.
• Support AV for meetings and events.
• Document procedures clearly and maintain runbooks.
