Job summary

Poole Bay Holdings is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of technology and transformation initiatives across the business. You will coordinate with Business Analysis, Engineering, QA and stakeholders to keep milestones, risks and dependencies on track.

The role requires strong governance, evidence-based reporting and the ability to manage scope and priorities across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology and business transformation projects.
• Ability to establish delivery plans, milestones, ownership and governance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including BAs, Engineering, QA and stakeholders.
• Strong reporting with evidence-based project status and risk management.
• Ability to manage scope, priorities, risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and coordination of assigned technology and transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans showing activities, owners, dependencies, milestones and target dates.
• Coordinate delivery across Business Analysis, Engineering, QA and business teams.
• Establish and maintain the project RAID logs and governance.
• Provide concise, evidence-based project status reporting for Technology leadership and senior management.
