Job summary

SmartestEnergy is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the delivery of small to medium IT projects and sub-projects that support operational improvements and wider strategic objectives. Projects typically run for 3–6 months, spanning planning, mobilisation, implementation, handover and business acceptance.

You will establish project plans, governance and controls, ensuring time, cost, quality and resources are managed, while coordinating finances, risks and third-party suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a project environment or delivering operational improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of key project management principles.
• Basic business acumen.
• Proficient use of Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of IT projects and sub-projects across full lifecycle (planning to handover).
• Coordinate project finances, resources, risks and third-party suppliers.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and embed change into business operations.
