Job summary

Qualco UK Limited in Weybridge is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead client-facing technology initiatives from initiation to business as usual. You will manage scope, timelines and budgets while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role is hands-on, demanding curiosity, practical testing of assumptions, and a people-centred approach to change, with hybrid working and 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience managing complex projects or programmes with client-facing technology.
• Experience in governance, planning, budgets and delivery assurance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects from initiation through closure with clear milestones.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across client teams and third parties.
• Prepare concise status reporting for governance forums and clients.
• Apply change control and documentation standards.
