Job summary

Poole Bay Holdings Management Ltd in Poole, Dorset, is looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee technology and business transformation projects. You will plan, coordinate and manage delivery across multiple teams, with hybrid working after training and a 37.5-hour week.

Reporting to Head of Technology / CTO, the role requires strong planning, governance and stakeholder-management skills to drive projects from initiation to closure. Salary £50,000 - £65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Excellent project planning, organisation and delivery-management skills.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency and action-management capability.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops and drive clear decisions, actions and ownership.
• Strong Jira and project/delivery-management tooling capability.
• Experience managing complex technology, digital or business transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning and coordination of assigned technology and transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with activities, owners, dependencies, milestones and target dates.
• Coordinate delivery across Business Analysis, Engineering, QA and business teams; ensure governance and reporting.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and maintain RAID logs; escalate blockers as needed.
• Provide concise status reporting for senior management and ensure delivery remains on track.
