This hybrid role requires a combination of hands-on technical support and systems management. Key responsibilities include managing end-user devices, administering Active Directory, and supporting Microsoft environments. Applicants should have strong experience in networking, virtualisation technologies, and IT asset management, alongside excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in PC hardware/software support, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Supporting enterprise IT environments (networks, telephony, security).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organisation.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Providing advanced technical support via help desk tickets, phone, email, and in‑person.
• Managing, configuring, and supporting end‑user devices.
• Administering Active Directory users, groups, and permissions.
• Supporting and maintaining Microsoft-based environments.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining network systems and software.
