Interface Recruitment is seeking a proactive Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to deliver advanced support across Windows, Linux and network systems. The role blends on-site Bridlington and Driffield with potential for hybrid work later on.

You will work on global IT projects and ensure robust infrastructure and security practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support, experience with VMware, AD, VPNs, and Microsoft 365, and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

• Requires solid experience in 3rd line IT infrastructure support across Windows, Linux, and cloud services.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues and drive IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across hardware, software and network systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and assist internal teams on global IT projects.
• Collaborate with MSP for lower-level support and manage project-driven tasks.
• Maintain IT security practices and documentation in line with ITIL processes.
