Job summary

Synergy Resourcing Solutions Limited in London or Ipswich is recruiting an Infrastructure Analyst to join a small infrastructure and networking team responsible for a multi-site technology environment. This hands-on role covers infrastructure support, troubleshooting, incident resolution and project delivery across core networking and virtualized platforms.

You will gradually take on greater ownership of projects and technical improvements, with occasional travel between offices.

Qualifications

• Foundational networking knowledge and virtualization experience.
• Practical experience supporting IT infrastructure and incident resolution.
• Ability to investigate problems independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support LAN, WLAN, VPN and network infrastructure
• Maintain virtualised server infrastructure
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents across multiple platforms
• Monitor services and identify recurring issues
• Assist with infrastructure changes, upgrades and projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers
• Maintain technical documentation
