Thurrock Council is seeking a Digital Field Support Officer to join the Corporate Services directorate. The role focuses on resolving IT incidents, guiding users, and maintaining documentation while working across council and partner locations.

You will install software, provide frontline ICT support, and collaborate with the Service Desk to maintain SLA compliance. A permanent role with 37 hours per week, offering hybrid working opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification required.
• COMPTIA A+ certification required.
• Experience in ICT support and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Resolve incidents and fulfil requests per procedures and local guidelines.
• Install or repair IT equipment and software in council locations.
• Provide on-site and remote support to users and liaise with the Service Desk.
