Job summary

Howden Group Services seeks an IT Field Service Support Engineer to deliver on-site desktop support across the UK South region, including Milton Keynes and Witney. The role covers hardware, software, printers and mobile devices, with involvement in deployments and office moves.

Ideal candidates have ITIL foundations and strong customer service skills, adept at remote collaboration tools and providing pro-active support to senior colleagues, with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• IT industry experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS.
• Familiar with enterprise collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Experience with desktop hardware/software support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line desktop support across UK South sites.
• Onsite hardware/software/printer/mobile device support.
• Assist in IT hardware refreshes and deployments.
• Manage tickets via ServiceNow ITSM or similar.
• Support office openings, relocations and acquisitions.
