Job summary

Canopius is seeking a compliant Application Support professional to manage day-to-day operations of business applications within the IT department. The role focuses on BAU support, assisting with project implementations and coordinating system upgrades.

It requires handling incidents, problems and service requests while ensuring adherence to SLAs. You will collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure and DBAs, support audits and maintain a knowledge base for issue resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server/T-SQL to investigate issues and extract data.
• Self-starter with willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Able to adapt to changing strategies, programs and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incident, problem and service request tickets within agreed SLAs.
