Job summary

Thorn SDS Limited is seeking an Internal Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK sites and Germany. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, write accurate job descriptions and advertise vacancies.

You will source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate the interview process to ensure timely fills with the right people.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment role.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and prioritising competing demands.
• Strong sourcing, CV screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet recruitment deadlines and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval to offer and checks.
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and cultural fit.
• Write engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial telephone and video interviews, shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback to candidates.
