Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join the team in Goldthorpe. You will run the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders to plan for future hiring needs, advise on best practices, and ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms (I-Trent or Eploy).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for finding top talent and driving success.
