Job summary

Thorn SDS Ltd is seeking a proactive Internal Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across the business, working with hiring managers to understand requirements and attract high-quality candidates. The role covers UK sites and Germany, with a focus on efficient vacancy filling and a strong candidate experience.

You will screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate assessments, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience across internal, talent acquisition or agency recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise demands
• Strong sourcing, CV screening and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval to offer and checks
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and fit
• Write engaging job descriptions and advertisements
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media and referrals
• Screen CVs, conduct initial telephone/video interviews, shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and maintain candidate communications
