Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to partner with UK leadership across engineering and product teams. This hybrid role is based in London with 2-3 days on-site per week and a focus on building a world-class tech talent pipeline.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing to interview process and offers, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem and other tools, while delivering a positive candidate experience and collaborating with stakeholders to meet ambitious hiring

Qualifications

8+ years internal experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top engineering talent.
Experience hiring across software/hardware engineering.
4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors.

Responsibilities

Move fast with sourcing and maintaining a high volume of candidates.
Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
Scale and manage growth with cross-functional stakeholders and strong operating rhythm.
Understand product, roadmap and culture to pitch opportunities effectively.
Close exceptional technical talent for the organization.
