Job summary

Anduril Industries in London is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with UK hiring across engineering, software and hardware roles. You will own end-to-end recruitment, build relationships with business leaders, and drive hiring velocity in a fast-growing defense tech environment.

This hybrid position requires 8+ years of recruiting experience, startup/tech exposure, and a data-driven approach. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and multiple sourcing channels to attract top talent

Qualifications

• 8+ years internal experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred).
• Experience hiring candidates within all facets of engineering - software, hardware or both.
• 4+ years of client interaction experience, including working with Hiring Managers and Directors, updating pipeline progress.

Responsibilities

• Move fast, sourcing and tracking a high volume of candidates with stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy while delivering hiring results.
• Scale growth with cross-functional teams and clear operating rhythms.
• Develop and pitch the team and opportunity to candidates to secure top talent.
• Use data to inform recruiting momentum and opportunities for process improvement.
