Qualifications

• Proven experience in account handling with small to medium UK commercial accounts.
• Strong leadership skills with previous people management experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, remain calm under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for developing colleagues' skills and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight and management of a team of Client Advisors, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support team members through regular performance reviews, development plans, and real-time technical and soft skills support.
• Analyze business MI to identify trends, opportunities, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Support the team's sales activities, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to new business growth.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies, foster a positive team culture, and achieve strategic goals.
