Job summary

ST Selection Ltd in Ellesmere Port is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive for a leading distribution company. The role is hybrid with responsibility for following up leads, generating appointments, and increasing revenue.

You will manage CRM data, support the outbound telesales function, and build relationships with the field sales team. A strong phone manner and excellent communication are essential, with a base of £30-35K plus bonus.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with key contacts.
• Experience with CRM and diary systems.
• Experience in dealing with all levels of target decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up existing leads and stimulate new opportunities.
• Generate appointments with existing contacts and discover new potential targets for visits.
• Support the outbound telesales team with lapsed customers.
• Develop relationships with the field sales team.
• Maintain customer information on the CRM system.
• Manage leads from marketing activity.
• Support the development of national & key accounts.
• Ensure customers receive quotes and information in a timely manner.
• Accurately record pipeline activity on the CRM system.
• Diary management for appointment setting with sales colleagues.
