Job summary

Synergy Resourcing Solutions is recruiting an Infrastructure Analyst to join a small team supporting a multi-site technology environment. The role combines hands-on infrastructure support, troubleshooting, incident resolution and project delivery across networking and virtualisation.

The position is hybrid with 3 days in the office, and there will be occasional travel between offices and satellite locations as projects progress and ownership grows.

Qualifications

• Solid foundational knowledge of networking and virtualization.
• Comfortable investigating technical problems independently.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel between offices and satellite locations.

Responsibilities

• Support LAN, WLAN, VPN and wider network infrastructure.
• Maintain virtualised server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents across multiple platforms.
• Monitor services and identify recurring issues.
• Support infrastructure changes, upgrades and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and third-party providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
