Job summary

Kier Group is seeking an Information Co-ordinator to join our Southern Water team in Falmer on a hybrid basis. You will support the information management function across projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and Kier procedures, and help deliver client requirements.

You will manage the Common Data Environment, run training for new CDE users, validate project documents, and prepare status reports to fuel digital dashboards. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, and subcontractors.
• Experience handling large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment.
• Experience in Electronic Document Management Systems, with Viewpoint For Projects and in using Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to convey security permissions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle in line with Kier procedures and standards.
• Hosting training sessions for new CDE users and providing ongoing support and coaching to project teams, clients, designers, and subcontractors.
• Validating, checking, and curating all project documentation including receipt, classification, verification, and distribution.
• Configuring and preparing status reports on workflows and other reportable data to inform digital dashboards.
• Building collaborative relationships with project teams and stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing across the business.
