Kier Group plc. is seeking an Information Co-ordinator to support information management across projects, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and alignment with the Building Safety Act. You will work within a 30+ strong team to drive efficient data handling and project delivery.

You will train teams, manage document flows in the CDE, and report on workflows using Microsoft 365 tools. Agile/hybrid working is offered where possible, with hours 08:30–17:00 and flexibility to suit discussions.

Qualificações

• Clear communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing large volumes of project information.
• Familiarity with EDMS systems, preferably Asite.
• Comfort using MS 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Common Data Environment for projects.
• Host training and provide coaching to teams and subcontractors.
• Validate and curate all project documents in the CDE.
• Configure status reports and digital dashboards.
• Build relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
