Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Senior Information Co-ordinator to join our United Utilities Framework in Warrington. The role focuses on delivering ISO 19650 aligned information management across projects, ensuring compliance with Kier standards and supporting the Digital by Default strategy.

You will lead CDE implementation, coordinate audits, and mentor information coordinators, working with multidisciplinary teams and external parties to ensure information is accurate and delivered right first time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable capability of delivering BS 1192 across projects.
• Proficient in EDMS configured to CDE principles; Viewpoint For Projects preferred.
• Experience communicating with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams and subcontractors.
• Comprehension and administration of ISO 19650-2 National Annex, including TIDP and MIDP management.
• Competent with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Implement ISO 19650 information management across projects.
• Lead CDE launch meetings and provide training to project teams and external parties.
• Provide ongoing management of information coordinators including mentoring and training.
• Support audits and reports for compliance on live projects.
• Ensure compliance checks on uploaded information and resolve CDE queries.
