Job summary

Dalkia is seeking a Senior Information Manager to join our growing UK technical community, leading information management across projects, managing the Common Data Environment (CDE), and ensuring ISO 19650 compliance.

You will develop strong client and partner relationships, mentor Information Managers, and support governance, training, and continuous improvement across project teams. An aptitude for multi-stakeholder coordination and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Management, Document Control or CDE administration within construction, engineering or building services.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 principles and information management best practice.
• Experience coordinating project documentation across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Proficiency with Common Data Environment platforms such as Asite or equivalent systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of project governance, compliance and information control requirements.
• Collaborative mindset aligned with Dalkia's values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of information management activities across one or more projects, ensuring compliance with Dalkia's processes and ISO 19650 standards.
• Set up and maintain project Common Data Environments (CDEs) and manage project information and document control across multiple projects.
• Produce project information management reports and KPIs and support day-to-day information management requirements.
• Deliver CDE and information management training to project teams and support governance reviews.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners and mentor Information Managers.
