Job summary

Kier Group plc is seeking an Information Manager to join the Anglian Water IOS Framework team based in Lincolnshire/Norfolk. You will lead a small team of Information Coordinators and Document Controllers, applying ISO 19650 and ensuring compliant information management across wastewater projects.

Responsibilities include leading document control, delivering the CDE, auditing compliance, mentoring staff, and running CDE training courses to upskill project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ISO 19650 across projects.
• Proficient in EDMS configured to CDE principles.
• Ability to educate stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control across all projects with timely communication.
• Implement digital information management strategy and CDE processes.
• Audit and report compliance on live projects; close out corrective actions.
• Manage and mentor information coordinators and document controllers.
• Deliver CDE advanced courses and upskilling sessions.
