Sky UK in Glasgow is seeking a Contact Centre Sales Advisor to handle inbound calls from existing customers and offer tailored Sky packages. The role offers a base salary of £26,428 per year with performance incentives and a hybrid working pattern after training.

Training lasts seven weeks, conducted in-person in the Glasgow office, with shifts across 37.5 hours per week. You’ll join a fast-paced call centre focused on customer retention and upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers considering cancelling all or part of their Sky subscription.
• Build strong connections through engaging conversations to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure they are offered the most suitable package.
• Work in a target-based environment.
• Work 37.5 hours p/wk Mon-Sun with varied set shift patterns available. Your set shift will be allocated at the offer stage and your preferences taken into account wherever possible.
