Job summary

Veran Performance is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant to guide clients through technology-enabled change. You will lead HR service design, transformation roadmaps, and change management across organisations, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Hybrid UK-based role requiring strong stakeholder leadership, experience in HR transformation and SaaS HR implementations (Oracle, Workday or SAP). You will mentor teams and drive delivery in collaboration with client teams.

Qualifications

• HR transformation experience and expertise in designing operating models.
• Experience leading transformation programs across HR functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on HR service design and operating model changes.
• Define change roadmaps and action plans for HR transformation.
• Lead a functional team to deliver all aspects of HR transformation.
• Identify risks and issues and work with teams to resolve them.
• Guide deployment of HR technology solutions from a change perspective.
