Job summary

Jet2.com Limited invites applications for an HR Systems Apprentice in Leeds. You will work toward a Level 3 Digital Support Technician over 13-15 months, performing system administration and coordination to support the HR Systems Team.

This apprenticeship offers hybrid working with in-office days, and exposure to reporting, data integrity, system updates, and collaboration with HR leadership to drive improvements across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (9-4).
• UK residency for 3 years is required.
• Experience with HR systems or data is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Systems Team with administrative tasks and incident tickets.
• Assist with system testing and maintenance activities for updates.
• Run regular and ad-hoc reports for managers and Senior Leaders across Jet2.com & Jet2holidays.
• Maintain data accuracy across both HR and Recruitment Systems.
• Create new user accounts across all HR Systems to support employee onboarding.
• Provide support to colleagues across the business with HR System queries.
• Assist with the performance management process managed within the HR System.
• Collaborate with the Senior HR Systems and Business Transformation Manager on new initiatives and improvements.
• Develop and maintain HR system documentation, including user manuals, process maps, system configurations, and training materials.
