This hybrid role involves working toward a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over 13–15 months, with responsibilities including administrative support, event coordination, and training data maintenance.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade A–C (9–4) required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Must not hold a qualification at the same or higher level.

Responsibilities

• Support the Emerging Talent & Careers Team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain training data and monitor the Emerging Talent mailbox.
• Coordinate key events and engagement activities.
