Cintra HR & Payroll Services Ltd is seeking an HR Software Support Adviser to help clients get started with our HR system, show how to perform everyday tasks, and resolve routine issues. You will join a friendly, patient team delivering effective training and ongoing support.

You’ll work in a hybrid model from Milton Keynes, with on-site parking and access to full training on Cintra's HR software. Prior HRIS experience and strong communication skills are valued, along with comfort navigating

Competenze

• Practical experience using an HR system (HRIS) in a professional setting.
• Ability to explore software features and learn new processes.
• Clear, patient communication to help others understand systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
• Willingness to investigate issues and propose solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Assist new clients with onboarding and setup of HR software.
• Deliver demonstrations and practical training on the HR system.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve routine issues.
• Investigate problems and escalate complex cases to colleagues as needed.
• Develop knowledge of Cintra's HR software to support others.
