Job summary

Cintra HR & Payroll Services in Milton Keynes is seeking a bright HR Co-ordinator to join our Outsourced HR team. This role offers real variety beyond routine administration, with responsibilities spanning recruitment support, policy development, salary benchmarking, and HR project coordination.

You'll work closely with senior HR Advisers and clients, develop practical HR documentation, and help keep employment law knowledge up to date.

Qualifications

• We're seeking CIPD Level 5 qualification (or higher) and a solid understanding of UK employment law fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• In-house HR experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and curiosity are valued for early‑stage careers.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment campaigns and onboarding activities.
• Assist with HR policies, salary benchmarking and workplace risk assessments.
• Help develop practical HR documentation and client communications.
• Coordinate HR projects and contribute to client advisory activities.
