Job summary

Cintra HR & Payroll Services is seeking a friendly, organised HR Software Support assistant to help clients get the most from our HR software. You’ll assist with onboarding, demonstrate system features, and resolve everyday issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicates clearly, and can explain HR technology to non-technical colleagues. Hybrid working from Milton Keynes with company benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Practical experience using an HR system (HRIS).
• Confidence navigating software and learning new processes.
• Ability to explain how systems work clearly.
• Customer-focused, helpful and patient approach.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to investigate problems and find solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Helping new clients get started with our HR software, including initial setup and onboarding.
• Showing clients how to use the system through demonstrations and practical training.
• Responding to customer questions and support requests, helping them resolve everyday issues.
• Investigating problems, finding solutions and knowing when to refer more technical issues to colleagues.
• Developing a thorough understanding of our HR software so you can confidently support others.
• Sharing customer feedback and ideas to help us continually improve our systems and services.
• Working closely with colleagues across Cintra to deliver a great customer experience.
