Cintra HR & Payroll Services Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking an HR Co-ordinator to join our outsourced HR team. The role offers real variety beyond routine administration, with responsibilities across recruitment, policy implementation, salary benchmarking and HR projects.

You’ll work with experienced HR Advisers, support client onboarding, and help develop practical HR documentation. A CIPD Level 5 (or higher) and strong communication skills are essential, with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Competenze

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or higher), perhaps even an HR degree, with understanding of UK employment law fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous HR experience is useful, but candidates at an early career stage with the right mindset are welcome.
• We cannot teach genuine curiosity, initiative and pride in your work.

Mansioni

• Involves recruitment support, e.g., creating adverts, screening candidates and onboarding.
• Support HR projects, including policy implementation, salary benchmarking and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain accurate HR documentation in collaboration with Advisers and clients.
