Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton, Bristol, invites undergraduates for a 12.5-month placement in Social Policy and Industrial Relations. You will explore employment law, drafts HR policies, and support stakeholder engagement across the company in a dynamic HR environment.

You will work on safeguarding compliance, conducting research on legislative updates, and contributing to policy guidance with HR partners and trade unions, while developing project management skills.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates for the full duration of the placement.
• Preferably studying Law, Business or HR with interest in Employment Law and Industrial Relations.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office is required.
• Ability to listen, understand and communicate information, plus a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support grievance, disciplinary and other HR procedures.
• Assist drafting and writing social/employment policies; analyze impacts on stakeholders.
• Research, analyse trends and benchmark employment policy and law.
