Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is seeking a student intern to support the Social Policy and Industrial Relations team in UK HR operations. You will gain exposure to employment law, policy drafting, and stakeholder engagement within a transnational company.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in Law/Business/HR with strong research, writing, and analytical skills, and an interest in Labour relations and compliance. Hybrid working and a 35-hour week are available where role permits.

Qualifications

• Ideally pursuing a Law, Business, or HR-related degree.
• Undergraduate throughout placement duration must be maintained.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing social policy and IR policies.
• Support employment law research and trend benchmarking.
• Draft and review company-wide HR guidance and policies.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior management.
