Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Social Policy and Industrial Relations in a transnational company.
• Gain knowledge of Employment Law and its impact on business operations.
• Contribute to HR policy research, drafting, and review across the organisation.
• Support projects across employment law and industrial/employee relations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Trade Union reps, and senior management.
