Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data privacy (GDPR) and confidentiality in HR.
• Strong communication and proactive time management.

Responsibilities

• Support HR dashboards and track metrics like absenteeism and headcount.
• Collaborate with HR Partners on recruitment, mobility, learning, absence, performance, engagement.
• Ensure HR policies are applied and align with local law and HR strategy.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects and talent activities.
