Job summary

Airbus in Filton (Bristol) offers an undergraduate HR placement starting 16 August 2027 for 12.5 months. Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates for whole placement duration.
• Currently studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business, with emphasis on HRM.
• Digital savviness and data fluency: comfortable navigating digital tools and building dashboards.
• Compliance mindset: understanding data privacy, GDPR, confidentiality in HR.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactivity and drive: take initiative and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital and analytical support; create and maintain HR dashboards to track metrics like absenteeism and headcount.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on topics including recruitment, mobility, development, absence, performance and engagement.
• Ensure HR policies are applied and processes follow local law and Airbus HR strategy.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects, reorganizations, succession planning and talent activities.
