Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduates only for the whole duration of the placement.
• CV and Cover Letter outlining motivation and suitability are required.
• Studying towards a degree in Business Management, HR, Psychology, PM, or Digital/IT or equivalent.
• PM experience would be a plus; customer relationships are important.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR UK Transformation and Digital team across objectives.
• Assist in transformation via new HR organisation and tools and new working methods.
• Improve HR operations and services while upholding data protection standards.
• Measure efficiency of processes and tie KPIs to priorities.
• Support HR communications, project management and change activities.
