Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton, Bristol, offers a 12.5-month internship in its Social Policy and Industrial Relations (SPIR) Team. You will gain exposure to Employment Law and contribute to company-wide HR policies and guidance in a transnational setting.

Open to undergraduates in Law, Business, or HR, the placement combines research, policy drafting, and stakeholder engagement with flexible, hybrid working arrangements and a pathway into employment law and industrial relations.

Qualifications

• Ideally studying towards a Law, Business, or HR-related degree.
• Ability to listen, understand and communicate information.
• Proficiency in basic IT software such as Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
• Proactive attitude and teamwork orientation.
• Interest in creative solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in research and benchmarking to support decision making.
• Ability to conduct research and analyse legislative updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in HR procedures including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and write social/employment policies; assess impacts on stakeholders.
• Research, analyse trends, and benchmark employment policy and law.
• Take ownership of projects and manage stakeholder interactions.
