Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a fantastic global manufacturing business that are currently seeking a HR / Payroll Operations Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. The role is based in East Yorkshire with hybrid working 2 days per week and offers a salary of £33,000–£35,000 dependent on experience.

As HR Operations Coordinator you will organise day to day HR admin tasks, be the first point of escalation for the HR Admin team, and work closely with the payroll coordinator to

• Previous HR or Payroll experience within a desire to move in to a mixed, varied role.
• Continuous improvement mindset, driving the team forward and ensuring deadlines are met.
