Job summary

TEAM is seeking a Payroll & HR Coordinator in Bradford. The role offers hybrid working: four days in the office and one day from home, with a salary up to £38,000 depending on experience. You will manage end-to-end payroll and HR administration, develop expertise in HR systems, and work with the finance team and external partners.

Key responsibilities include starters/leavers, changes, overtime, deductions, reporting and compliance, and ensuring data accuracy across payroll and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK pay processing and legislation.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Familiarity with HRIS and time/attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end pay processing for salaried and hourly employees.
• Reconcile discrepancies and respond to queries.
• Maintain HRIS data and support time/attendance, onboarding, offboarding, benefits.
• Prepare employment documentation and support audits and compliance.
