Job summary

You’ll coordinate starters and leavers, draft contracts and HR paperwork, maintain records, support leave and onboarding, and handle payroll queries. The role is hybrid with a view to growing within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR administration or coordinator role.
• Some exposure to payroll administration.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing with managers and employees while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating starters, leavers and changes to employee details
• Preparing contracts, letters and other HR documentation
• Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting absence and annual leave processes
• Arranging interviews, right-to-work checks and onboarding
• Checking and submitting payroll information, including hours, overtime and absence
• Helping to resolve routine HR and payroll queries
