Job summary

Poole Bay Holdings is seeking an HR Assistant who will support the HR Generalist in delivering a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on HR administration, recruitment support, and improving HR processes, working with the Board, managers and applicants.

Based in Poole, Dorset, the role offers hybrid working from home after successful training, with typical hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and records management.
• Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ability to handle payroll data and HR metrics.
• Strong communication with managers, staff and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Manage HR systems/databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare HR letters and employment documents.
• Support payroll data collation and pre-employment checks.
• Assist with employee relations notes and HR reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire processes.
• Support offboarding and final documentation.
• Contribute to HR projects and audits.
