Job summary

Alexander Mae HR Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in the UK. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) at Wotton-under-Edge with travel to other sites within about an hour. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £40,000 plus excellent benefits, with a supportive HR team and opportunities to influence people initiatives.

You will provide day-to-day HR support, manage employee relations cases, coach managers, and partner on recruitment, onboarding and development across a multi-site organisation.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience with strong employee relations knowledge.
• Experience providing HR advisory support in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across the business, advising managers and employees.
• Act as first point of contact for ER, policy and people management queries.
• Manage ER cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability and flexible working.
